Subscription Services

• Digital Access: We offer paid subscriptions granting access to premium articles, travel guides, and exclusive content ("Premium Content")
• Subscription Plans: Monthly and Annual plans. Prices are listed in MVR and/or USD, inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• License: Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Premium Content for personal, non-commercial use only
• Age: You must be 18 years or older to subscribe
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activities that occur under your account
• Free Trial: Trial offers, if available, may automatically convert to a paid subscription if not cancelled before the trial ends

Payment & Billing

All online payments are processed securely through the Bank of Maldives (BML) Payment Gateway.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. You may cancel within the notice period
• Payment Default: If your payment method is declined, we may suspend your subscription until outstanding amounts are settled
• BML Errors: If a transaction fails or is duplicated due to a BML system error, contact us at marketing@maldiveswellnessreview.net with your Transaction ID

Termination, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No Refunds on Digital Goods: Due to the immediate nature of digital content access, all fees paid are non-refundable. No prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods, except where required by Maldivian law
• Termination by Us: We may terminate your subscription for non-payment or breach of these Terms. Services may be forfeited without refund in such cases

A statement recommending that you retain a copy of your transaction records and subscription receipts for your own records.

Third-Party Links

The Website may include links to other websites ("Reference Sites"). Maldives Wellness Review does not endorse such Reference Sites or their content.
